Get Straight to the bent pyramid at Dhahsur

Pyramids have always been an area of interest of a global trotter. These ancient marvels are gettign more exposure with the decision to allow toursits to the 'bent pyramid in Dahshur village, 50 km south of Cairo. The estimatedly 450o year old, 330 feet tall pyramid fascinates viewers with the bent profile unlike other normal pyramids. Adding excitement to the news is the belief that Egyptian emperor Snefuru lies buried inside the pyramid.
Egypt's Chief Archaeologist Zahir Hawass shares his experience as to how he tied his legs to ropes in order not to miss inside the 'maze' in one of the nearby pyramids. And this was nearly 25 years ago. Several neighbouring pyramids are already accessible to tourists. Ina month or two, tourists are likely to be allowed to enter the pyramid with the irregular profile.
Only 5% of tourists are making it to th pyramids of Dahshur. Now it's your opportunity to enter inside the pyramid and claim to be another visitor to these pyramids - just in case you happen to visit Cairo.
